Chest X ray refused for a patient suspected of having Pneumonia at 4.20 pm saying they close at 4.30 pm . Unprofessional, no duty of care . Disappointed with Rockingham centre . Chest X ray is a simple procedure, and the opening times shown as 6 pm . Patient had to go to Rockingham General hopsital Radiology . Where they gladly did the procedure. We would appreciate the owners look in to this .

Friendly polite staff, went straight to imaging after GP visit and didn’t have to wait long at all. The radiologist technician was very patient with me and very professional. 5 Stars from me, thanks to all staff.

I'm sure this is a good medical imaging business. However attention to detail particularly customers info could improve. Apparently I just had just visited this Lumus imaging today all the way from NSW. Yes mistakes happen, but staff with access to personal and medical info should not be making this kind of mistakes.

After a terrible experience at another Radiology clinic, I needed to come back and thank the staff at Lumus. Not only were each and every staff here polite, professional and welcoming but they were also very attentive. My medical sonographer at my appointment in March was very gentle and knowledgeable. Thank you to all staff for the great experience whilst dealing with an injury.

Great experience. My first time needing a pregnancy ultrasound and I was very nervous and unsure of the process, it was so comfortable and easy and my doctor was so friendly, will definitely continue to visit!
