Excellent service today by Kim. My pelvic ultrasound was done very professionally, and she was easy to talk too, made me feel very comfortable. Listened to me helped me get comfortable. Reception staff, friendly and polite. Very fresh and clean clinic.

Receptionist really nice and helpful. Took my 4 month old in for a scan, she explained everything and prepared us well. Sonographer was just as great, very nice, and explained what he was looking for at every step, gentle and patient with my son. They definitely picked the right field to work in.

We had our 13 week scan with Kylie today and it was such a great experience! Kylie kept as well informed throughout the scan and took her time to explain everything to us. She is such a beautiful and caring person. We cannot recommend having a scan with Kylie enough!

What has happened to our radiology services in Albany.. rung 3 times for enquires each time have hung up after 35mins.. still unable to get through… OUTRAGEOUS situation

Worst patience service. They made a 1yr old boy to wait for 1hr for an x-ray, which took 5min to complete. After the x-ray is over, they made us wait for another 45min for confirmation. Pathetic service. They should understand how difficult it is to keep a child quite for so long, they don’t have appointment system, that’s bad. My sim had to miss his lunch because of these people. For people with kids or an emergency, I would advice to visit the centre with a proper plan and enough time.

Had a pleasant Ultrasound experience from booking, and arrival at reception to scanning. Booking was friendly and easy over the phone, the reception staff was prompt and efficient, and the Sonographer Jessi was pleasant and gentle. The place is spotless clean with a modern interior that makes waiting all the more pleasant.

Lovely service, absolutely delighted with the Joondalup clinic. Today I had two ultrasounds for my shoulders. Louise was wonderful, friendly and so professional she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Best place I have ever been. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much

Horrible service from one of the receptionist and the woman who did the ultrasound on my 2-month-old baby. Not recommended, completely unprofessional and with a complelte lack of emphaty.I visited the Subiaco Branch two days ago with my baby in one arm and the pram in the other as my baby was a bit stressed. When arrived (1.50 pm, only 5' late) I said hi to the receptionist and she didn' reply back, not even eye contact. I had to wait until another reception saw me there standing and said nothing, 5 minutes later she asked her colleague if I was served. She replied no (still no eye contact).Then the woman who did the ultasound basically told off on my saying that she needs to start the ultrasound, that I was expected at 1.45 pm and that having a baby was no excuse for being late. I didn't reply to that comment and simply proceed to go inside and do the ultrasound.I put down my baby and he started crying again. The ultrasound technician continues complaining about me being late. Then asks the baby's age. I replied his age in months, she replies saying.. 'Oh, you don't know the number of weeks.? Baby crying louder and louder.. my trying to calm him down...Once finished she asked me if I wanted to continue feeding him. I said yes and told to go "around the corner" and that I also can dress him up my half-naked baby there.Then she regrets and says "You can dress him here".When I went "around the corner" there was only a cold and small table and 2 chairs
