Have had nothing but a positive experience. Found all staff very friendly and helpful and very thorough with ultrasound. Both myself and my mum have had xrays, ultrasounds and Injections and cannot fault the treatment received. Can always get in when suits me. Will not go anywhere else.

I've experienced great customer service here. My main issue is that when it was time for an 18-20 wk pregnancy scan they quoted me about $250. I was confused - I thought medicare covered that.... I was told that medicare rules had changed (it had after all been over three years since my last baby). I almost just accepted it - then I decided to hold off and call another local ultrasound service provider. I explained every scan I'd already had for this pregnancy and asked for a quote on this next one. Guess what? It's free. Covered by medicare. Sometimes we forget that medical service providers are just like any other business - there to make money. So my advice is to always 'shop around' - just like you would for a mechanic.

I downloaded the app and now I can't login. This is stupid why can't you people just print the ultrasound scan pictures. Make it alot easy for other because some people don't have phones. I tryed logging in making news password and still can't login. I had my ultrasound scan done yesterday. So am getting very upset with this app.

I visit last tuesday on 11dec22 for MRI, still I didn't get access to MRI, I am trying login with name and DOB, says no information matches, lastly I call them and asked for access, replied me that your information show up with other patient. I am frustrated to get login. It happen with my friend as well, they entered the wrong DOB in patient access portal.

5 month old baby daughter had an urgent abdominal ultrasound booked at 10am at iMed Midland as she has been really unwell. I was told she wasn't allowed to eat after 6am for the ultrasound to be done correctly.I received a call 20 minutes before the appointment to say that there was no peadeatric doctor on today and my appointment would have be cancelled until tomorrow. And that the person that took the call made the mistake. I explained that I wouldnt have my baby fasting again.I then called SKG in midland and explained that my baby is fasting and iMed are absolutely incompetent and they said to bring her over straight away and they are happy to squeeze her in!5 minutes later I receive another call from iMed to say that I was given the wrong prep details from the receptionist yesterday and my daughter doesn't need to fast for this ultrasound. SKG then explained that only adults have to fast as you cannot make a small baby not eat for 4 hours! Not okay. Staff need to be better educated. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Save your $, time and hassle and go straight to SKG where the staff are educated, friendly and very understanding and accommodating.

Drove 30 mins for an MRI, arrived at 11:45, 15 mins before appt time as instructed. Told that scans from this clinic take 5 days to get back to your doctor, even though I’d been told 2 days by both doctor and when I called to book. Should have listened to the alarm bells.Waited until 12, which was booking time, and was then told they were running 10 mins behind.12:15 (have now been in waiting room for 30 mins), I’m told it will be another 30 mins max. Reason I’m given is that morning patients arrived late and they have had a delay to all subsequent appointments all day. Why not send a text or notify people?!?Waited another 30 mins, now told they have a ‘difficult scan’ and it will be another 15 mins.1 pm still no sign of anyone, and I can’t keep waiting forever. Check in and they still have no idea when they could fit me in.1:05 I call it and make the 30 min drive back home to rebook elsewhere. Complete waste of time and disorganised scheduling.Only reason I give 2 stars is that the ladies at reception were super nice.

Had an emergency 7 week fetal ultrasound here today. They were able to squeeze in a booking for us and accepted a referall from the ED.The receptionist was really friendly and the sonographer was kind given our circumstances and our emotions.I wish I could remember his name but he worked from room 3.He was gentle, as I was experiencing pain and reassuring.I wish I had of gotten a chance to see the heartbeat but my partner did and that was nice for him.Would recommend ☆

Incredible poor service! I don’t even know where to start!Been send back due to not booking in enough time (even I tried to call up several time to clarify what the referral said), always needed to chase up results after several days, most staff is unfriendly, feels very rushed and not informative and so much more.

I am staying with my mum for a week in Perth, and thought it would be a lovely experience for her to be at one of my ultrasounds seeing as I live 4 hours away. I-MED radiology Midland had the closest bulk bill appointment, and I jumped at the opportunity. There was a problem with my referral when I booked the appointment, (my doctor said I could take it anywhere I wanted) and the ladies weren’t sure if it was for hospital only. Which I told them it wasn’t. Or my doctor would have told me exactly that. They looked at the new referral I had ( I had two) and said they would call if they had any problems. No Call. So I assumed all was good. So we drove 1 and a half hours for my appointment. Had nothing but trouble and rudeness since I walked in. I gave them all my past ultrasound information, when requested and the lady said yes that’s all good have a seat. Had us sit down for 15 minutes past our appointment time just to come and tell us that they refused to see me. Waste of fuel, and waste of time. I was really looking forward to seeing my baby on the screen after 12 weeks, and having my mum be there to share the experience and had to go home in disappointment and anger. Just because I was a bulk bill patient doesn’t mean I should be treated any different to a full paying patient. I have had a completely normal and healthy pregnancy, and even though I am plus size, they had no right to refuse to see me.

Did a lumbar spine MRI today at 11. From the receptionist to the radiographer, they were all very friendly. Special mention to Judy at the reception. The radiographer was very thorough with the scan ( must have been in there for 25 minutes). Thanks everyone and keep it up.
