Lovely service, absolutely delighted with the Joondalup clinic. Today I had two ultrasounds for my shoulders. Louise was wonderful, friendly and so professional she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Best place I have ever been. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much

I made the mistake of forgetting my doctors referral at home. I know my fault.They were super helpful in calling my doctors office to get the referral. The receptionist Jenny was super helpful and friendly. You guys have a winning team here. THANKS a million :-) Would recommend this place.

If I could rate this place higher I would. The receptionists are far more than your average receptionists, Janny is a time efficiency genius, and everyone else worked very hard to not only get me seen to quickly, but make me feel very cared for. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of everyone that I saw.. I had X-rays, MRI and ultrasound done and people went to lunch late so I could get everything done at once. Thank you all very much. It's hard enough being a chronic pain sufferer so it's a real relief when people take such good care of you.

A warm greeting as soon as you walk in the door sets the tone for the experience.Yesterday was my first experience of an MRI machine, but thanks to the incredibly helpful staff at Insight, I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment.I arrived around 30 minutes early for my appointment, so I could fill in the paperwork. This only took 5 minutes, then I was taken straight through to get changed into the (really attractive) gown. From there, it was straight into the MRI room, where the technician talked me through exactly what was going to happen, before getting me up into the machine. I never felt rushed, but was never kept waiting, it was perfectly efficient!Thank you to all the staff there who made it such a pleasant experience

Absolutely fabulous experience. Forgot my paperwork, booked wrong appointment, and they sorted it all out and I was done in half an hour.

Thank you for the lady who did my shoulder MRI. She was gentle, patient and very understanding. It turned out that I have a SLAP injury.2years in a workcomp, my shoulder never get better after 3 injs and other therapies.Look after yourself people ! You too are important!! Try not to get injured at work.

I understand it is a busy period for everyone and most places are short staffed. However, when patients walk in,the least they receptionist can do is make eye contact. Not just keep us waiting.

Doctor was rude, arrogant and would not try his best" to perform the task prescribed by my GP stating that he did not have the time and the extra cost of using more needles amongst other things as his reason for not doing what was asked by myself and GP. I have had this procedure done many times both at IMed and at other clinics. I will never return to IMed again after this incursion. I am in the process of lodging a formal complaint."
