I was held up on a 300 km drive up to Perth due to a traffic accident that closed the main highway, arriving several hours late for the appointment, the girls in reception took this in their stride and reorganized things and still completed the necessary scans and tests ready for my operation the following day. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Well done girls. Especially the lass with the Irish accent, such a pleasure to listen to the lilt in her voice, and her help was really appreciated. The even contacted the specialist directly for us to advise that things were OK.

As a first-timer I was uncertain what to expect. However, no problemo, the ladies at the clinic were very courteous and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. My, in particular, explained all steps iin the process and put me at ease. Can thoroughly recommend this clinic.

Thank you to such a lovely team that made Chas's first experience of a CT Angiogram so memorable. We really appreciated your patience and how informative you all were, and especially being able to see pictures of the heart with explanation of the scanning procedure. Great coffee too.

I am in awe!I was advised of a 30-45 min delay, which I understand can happen in a medical facility. I said to the front desk staff I wanted to move my car due to the 1 hour parking limit. They moved a car out of the staff car park for me to park there, so that I didn't have to move my car a second time. Then at checkout I was advised due to the waiting time they would bulk bill (to Medicare) so that I wasn't out of pocket. What a service!!!Also the actual procedure was carried out very professional by friendly staff, explaining every step along the way and what I might or might not feel.Awesome!

5 out of 5. Absolute Brilliant in every single steps. Booking was easy, the receptionist is polite and catering. the nurse and technician were helpful, spot on, and attentive. Results came faster than i thought. Just the few left in the industry that cares for patients, customers as human beings from start till the end, instead of just numbers. Keep up the good job!!!
