I found all the staff to be friendly and very professional . I underwent Radio-Frequency Ablation-Spine for lower back pain . The staff made me feel relaxed & barely felt the injections. I had no bruises ( which I usually experience) If in the future i need any other treatment I would definitely return .

I went in for my first U/S this morning, the receptionist Anna was very friendly and polite. My sonographer Leah was extremely professional and spoke to me during the procedure explaining each step she was doing. A very happy customer and definitely going back to Prime for all of my scans.

We have booked an appointment for 1st trimester down screening. On the day of appointment the lady on reception asked us to seat and wait, after 20 minutes someone came and told us they don’t have the right sonographer available to do the ultrasound scan and rebook the appointment for another day. The lady on reception was rude and keep blaming another staff who booked the appointment. Such a waste of time and no customer service at all. I would never go back to them.

The blonde receptionist is extremely rude at prime radiology in Maddington. Her attitude towards patients is below 0. She looks dodgy as she asks for extra money where other company such as Perth radiology do the same service for free which is covered by Medicare.

I have been here 4 times now for ultrasounds and procedures andhave been treated with nothing but the utmost respect.Huge thanks to Chrissy @ reception for her positive attitude and offering me support if needed.Cannot praise the Doctor or nurse any higher for their care and making me feel comfortable when I've had injection/s.Thank you

Worst radiology. I would have given zero star if there was any. Book an appointment, fast for 6 hours only to be told that there is no booking under my name when i reached there. Both staff looking each other face. No apology , only to be asked to book for another day. Don't recommend it to anyone.

Have had xrays and ultrasound o my shoulder, the lady tech was so nice and professional. This was followed by a steroid injection under cat scan. The two gentlemen that did this were so lovely and completely put me at ease with their jokes. Cannot recommend them enough

Reception didn’t even acknowledge me while I stood at the desk (a nod or a ‘just a moment’ is adequate). Instead she just kept typing on her computer completely ignoring me for 10 minutes. Then we waited for an hour from my ultrasound appointment time with a bursting bladder only for them to finally check my referral and tell me it’s invalid. There was no understanding or assistance. Staff spoke rudely to each other and were extremely impatient with clients. I’ll never ever go here again.
